We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to join the team in Melbourne/Geelong.

• Client Success Managers (CSMs) are responsible for delivering revenue growth in 1 or more client accounts.
• For their client, they are the key representative the delivery organisation and are responsible for coordinating all activities and personnel within their account(s).
• CSMs are core to the development and delivery of strategic objectives and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent senior experience
• 8+ years in technology service delivery and leadership roles
• Experience with government clients preferred
• ITIL Foundations certification preferred
• Outstanding executive communication skills

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive Single Point of Contact for all account delivery
• Mobilise and align delivery teams to meet client objectives and contractual commitments
• Lead resolution of critical incidents and high-risk projects
• Oversee performance against SLAs, financial targets, and client satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic growth for the account
• Prepare and deliver executive presentations for key governance forums
