Reporting to the Client Project Director, the Client Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-tier integrated campaigns across the News Corp suite of brands and integrated products.

There is a strong focus on championing innovative brand adoption across our commercial product ecosystem to achieve client objectives, maximize revenue profitability, and drive client partnership renewals and long-term growth. You will champion efficiency and strategic workflow execution, optimizing processes, communications, and complex deliverables across the team daily.

The Client Project Manager will lead cross-functional collaboration with Client Partnership teams, NCA Sales, NCA Product and Partnerships, the NCA Content Coalition, and NCA Commercial Editorial to ensure the seamless, end-to-end execution of major commercial integrated campaigns delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead national multi-platform campaign delivery, aligning cross-departmental efforts to hit broader commercial revenue targets.

  • Direct complex internal and external stakeholder communications, acting as the primary point of contact for project execution.

  • Design, implement, and refine best-in-market project management frameworks, tools, and workflows to elevate overall delivery standards.

  • Analyze campaign performance data, identifying key trends, insights, and best practices to share across categories and senior leadership.

  • Champion strategic initiatives by embedding the Client Partnerships vision and driving team operating rhythms.

  • Maintain and elevate Client Partnerships standards, proactively mitigating project risks, scope creep, and delivery challenges.

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycles to ensure large-scale projects are delivered strictly on time, within budget, and aligned with agreed scopes.

  • Partner closely with Senior Sales leadership to scope, structure, and execute premium integrated client solutions.

  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture, mentoring junior team members and upholding News Corp values.

Who are you?

  • Solid background and proven track record working within a sales, media, product, or integration team across media, advertising, marketing, or publishing sectors.

  • Strong experience managing large, complex, end-to-end integrated campaigns with end-to-end accountability for client deliverables.

  • Demonstrated history of establishing and managing strong relationships with senior internal leaders and external clients.

  • Deep experience across multi-platform media landscapes, with expert knowledge of creative, content, data, and digital product executions.

  • A strategic, results-driven problem solver with an exceptional client-first approach and commercial acumen.

  • Comprehensive expertise in advertising, media, integrated marketing, branded content, and data capabilities.

  • Meticulous attention to detail paired with executive-level communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes stakeholder negotiations, resolve complex issues constructively, and build long-term business partnerships.
