Job Description

Reporting to two Client Partners, you will act as a coordinator between our French clients and our specialist teams, assisting with communication to ensure the smooth running of campaign delivery projects. As part of a fast-paced team of Client Partners, Media Planners, Analysts, and Campaign Activators your support will be essential to the growth and retention of our key clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assist the Client Partners in tracking the project pipeline, helping to flag upcoming needs to the wider team.

• Help collect information from various client teams to assist in the processing of briefs.

• Support the team in tracking budget approvals and monitoring campaign spend, helping to flag any discrepancies or changes.

• Set up regular project status meetings. You will be responsible for taking minutes, capturing "next steps", and ensuring all project "watch outs" are documented.

• Assist in the preparation and editing of presentation slides

• Support with client reporting and tracking of deliverables

• Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio of services and our integrated marketing offering to eventually identify our clients' needs and how we can fulfil them.

Qualifications

• You're looking for a 6-month internship contract.

• You're fluent in French and have a conversational level of English.

• You have some experience in a client-facing role through an internship, apprenticeship or a personal project would be a plus.

• You have a strong interest in social media, digital marketing or online advertising and AI.

• You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.

• You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.

• You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
