MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

Assist In-House Liaison Officers and Field Liaison Officers in terms of accurate checking of the utilization of each admitted patient.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides accurate utilization report for every in-patient information sheet for admitted patients.
• Faxes/email the Letter of Authorization for admitted patients to accredited providers.
• Faxes and email notice of non-coverage and Pre approval waivers to respective recipients and ensures that it is sent back with patient’s signatures.
• Assists Liaison Officers in updating files in juno.
• Coordinates with Revenue Management Department for in-patient information sheet that has issue in terms of payment status.
• Verifies membership status with underwriting department.
• Prepares the certificate of coverage for each new / renewing account.
• Encodes spare letter of authorization numbers to MIMS system.
• Filing of documents needed for ISO purposes.
• Provides accurate monthly report for daily confinement report and monthly report for not covered cases.
• Extract daily confinement reports.
• Monitors In-Patient emails and make sure that all emails are answered by concerned recipients.
• Coordinates with other departments in terms of supplies and other concerns.
• Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of 4-year medical course
• With or without experience
• Willing to undergo training in Makati and do fieldwork
