Job Summary**

Piramal Healthcare UK Limited is seeking a dedicated Cleaner / Porter for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment within our facilities, supporting the overall operational efficiency of the company.

Job Responsibilities**

* Perform a variety of Good Manufacturing Practice cleaning duties, across the Pharmaceutical Production area.
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are carried out to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
* Assist with general porter duties, including moving materials between departments or locations to support the overall manufacturing process.
* Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the relevant department.
* Adhere to standard operating procedures and GMP requirements at all times.

Job Qualifications**

* Proven experience in a cleaning or porter role, preferably within a GMP or manufacturing environment is preferable but not essential.
* Understanding of health and safety guidelines relevant to cleaning, portering and manual handling.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and high housekeeping standards
* Effective communication skills.
* A flexible approach to work, including willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
