Geotab is seeking a Channel Marketing Intern who will work closely with our partners to build project management skills and to make meaningful contributions to partner-facing initiatives. What you'll do:
As a Channel Marketing Intern your key area of responsibility will be to support our growing partner ecosystem. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated university student who has completed 3-4 years of post-secondary education and is eager to gain real-world marketing experience. You’ll work closely with our Channel Marketing Team to provide hands-on support for partner programs, assist with co-marketing initiatives, and manage key administrative tasks that drive partner engagement and growth.
The opportunity:
- 8 - 12 month work-term beginning January 2027.
- Full-time, paid internship: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs/week.

How you'll make an impact:
- Performance Audits: Help audit partner performance metrics to ensure alignment with Geotab program goals and compile insights to support data-driven recommendations.
- Co-Marketing Request Administration: Process co-marketing requests, ensuring documentation is complete, approvals are secured, and requests are accurately tracked in internal systems.
- Operational Support: Assist in building process documentation, organizing shared drives, and maintaining key marketing calendars and workflows.
- Partner Programming Support: Assist in the ongoing maintenance and optimization of partner programs, including tracking participation, gathering feedback, and updating resources.
- Partner Marketing Support: Provide day-to-day execution support for partner marketing activities, including campaign support, partner event coordination, content management, and partner communications.
- Agency Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure project timelines are met, deliverables are on track, and resources are organized.
- Event Support: Contribute to partner events and trade shows by supporting pre-event communications, collateral preparation, and post-event reporting.
- Special Projects: Participate in cross-functional projects related to partner onboarding, loyalty initiatives, and campaign performance evaluations as needed.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed.

This role offers an hourly pay range which is anticipated to be the range listed below. The actual pay for this position depends on a variety of factors such as but not limited to student's academic program, relevant experience, and location. Geotab is committed to fair and equitable compensation and will share final details as part of the offer process. All offers of employment are contingent upon proof of eligibility to work for the duration of the internship and the individual's ability to pass a background check.
