WHAT ZEROFOX WILL LOOK LIKE TO YOU
ZeroFox sells through and with partners — MSSPs, VARs, and technology alliances — and the Channel team is a real growth lever, not a side motion. This role is for someone who understands that channel success is earned through partner enablement, joint pipeline development, and showing up as the most useful vendor your partners work with. If you've built partner relationships that drove meaningful revenue and you know how to get a partner's team excited about selling something new, this is a role with real upside.
THE ROLE
You'll own a portfolio of ZeroFox channel partners — MSSPs, resellers, and technology alliances — in a defined region. You'll recruit new partners, enable existing ones, build joint business plans, and drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline. You'll work closely with the direct sales team (AEs, SEs) on co-sell motions and ensure partners have what they need to position and close ZeroFox successfully. You'll own partner revenue targets and you'll have a clear view of which partners are engaged versus which ones need attention.
YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF...
- You've managed a channel partner portfolio with measurable revenue contribution and can point to partners you built from scratch
- You know how to get a partner's sales team selling — which means training, SPIFFs, co-sell support, and persistent follow-through
- You understand the MSSP model at depth — how they package and deliver security services, how they evaluate new vendors, and what makes them commit
- You treat the direct sales team as your collaborators, not your competition — co-sell motions run better when everyone's aligned on the deal
- You're organized enough to run business planning conversations with 15+ partners simultaneously without anything falling through
THIS PROBABLY ISN'T FOR YOU IF...
- You've only done direct sales and aren't familiar with how channel economics work
- You need a tight, defined set of partners to manage — this role requires building relationships with new partners while developing existing ones
- You find the indirect nature of channel selling frustrating. You want to own the whole deal yourself
- Partner enablement feels like a support function to you rather than a revenue motion
Requirements
- 3+ years of channel sales, partner management, or alliance management in B2B software
- Demonstrated ability to drive partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue
- Experience with MSSP, VAR, or technology alliance partner types
- Strong relationship management and joint business planning skills
WOULD LOVE, BUT WE WON'T HOLD IT AGAINST YOU:
- Experience in cybersecurity or security technology channel sales
- Familiarity with MSSP service delivery models and how MSSPs evaluate and integrate new platforms
- Prior experience with channel program management, deal registration, or MDF programs
Benefits
- Total annual compensation range $200,000 - $230,000 annually (Base Salary + Commissions)
- Community-driven culture with employee events
- Generous time off
- Comprehensive health benefits & 401(k) plan
- Respectful and nourishing work environment, where every opinion is heard and everyone is encouraged to be an active part of the organizational culture
