What this job involves:

As a Cash Management Specialist at JLL, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our treasury functions across the LATAM region. This position sits at the intersection of financial operations and client service, where precision meets collaboration. You'll be responsible for processing payments, managing banking relationships, and maintaining critical documentation that keeps our financial operations running seamlessly. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and banking partners to resolve issues, process transactions, and support the broader treasury team. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Process wire transfers and payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions meet established policies and compliance requirements

• Manage general bank requests and maintain strong relationships with banking partners across the LATAM region

• Oversee the maintenance and updates of KYC (Know Your Customer) and legal documentation for all LATAM entities

• Administer and maintain the credit card program for LATAM, including cardholder support and program optimization

• Maintain bank files and IT security protocols to ensure data integrity and system access controls

• Provide responsive customer support to internal staff and clients, resolving inquiries related to payments and banking access

• Troubleshoot and resolve bank access issues and payment discrepancies in a timely manner

• Collaborate with the treasury team on various special projects and initiatives as assigned

• Support additional duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and manager

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of treasury or cash management experience in a similar role

• Currently an advanced student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or a related field

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis

• Intermediate English language skills (written and verbal communication)

• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume transaction environments

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in a multinational corporate environment or professional services firm

• Familiarity with treasury management systems and banking platforms

• Knowledge of LATAM banking regulations and compliance requirements

• Advanced Excel skills including macros and advanced data manipulation

• Experience with KYC documentation and compliance processes

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese in addition to English
