We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and solutions-oriented Caregiver Liaison & Administrative Assistant to support our caregiving team from Thursday to Monday. This role is critical to ensuring continuity of care, timely staffing support, and exceptional service for our clients and caregivers. You will serve as the first point of contact for urgent staffing needs, call-offs, and caregiver support. Anything from clocking someone in and problem-solving care and filling in for a shift.  

Cheer provides caregivers and nurses in the home of the aging population and focuses on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services, to enable our clients to continue living comfortably at home.

As the Caregiver Liaison, your personality and skills will bring a better quality of life to seniors and adults with disabilities. Your duties on a typical day may include the following:

• Reviewing Shift Notes
• Filling a list Minute Call Out (Caregiving)
• Reception at Front Desk
• Clocking Caregiver In and Out
• Support Caregivers During their Shifts
• Answering Client Questions or Directing to the Correct Person
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and leadership teams
• Escalate urgent concerns appropriately following company protocols
• Support continuity of care and operational efficiency during overnight and weekend hours
• Partner closely with operations and care teams to provide exceptional service
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
