What this job involves
Join JLL as a Business Operations Analyst and take ownership of the operational backbone that keeps our technology group running smoothly. This is a hands-on operations role where you'll be the person who ensures contracts get signed, invoices get paid, contractors get onboarded, and the day-to-day machinery of a large technology function operates without friction. You'll work closely with technology leadership, finance, HR, and vendor partners to run core operational processes end to end, based out of our Bengaluru office.
You'll be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of short- and long-term solutions to information technology operational needs. Working across applications, systems architecture, network systems, and IT infrastructure management, you'll ensure seamless operational execution within the organization.

Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field
- 6-10 years of experience in business operations, technology operations, or similar support functions
- Strong understanding of vendor management, procurement processes, and contract administration
- Experience with financial processes including invoice processing, purchase orders, and budget tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
- Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy and process compliance
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end processes
Desirable:
- Experience working in technology organizations or IT service delivery environments
- Familiarity with capex/opex accounting principles
- Knowledge of HR processes including recruitment workflows and onboarding
- Experience coordinating townhalls, team events, or organizational communications
- Understanding of IT governance frameworks and operational best practices
- Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, procurement platforms)
What your day-to-day will look like
Contracting & Procurement
- Manage vendor contracts, statements of work, renewals, and procurement requests
- Work with Legal and Finance to keep agreements current and compliant
- Track contract lifecycles and ensure timely renewals and amendments
Invoicing & Payments
- Process purchase orders and invoices accurately and on schedule
- Track approvals and resolve queries with vendors and Finance teams
- Maintain payment cycles and ensure vendor payment terms are met
Capex Accounting
- Track capital expenditure against approved budgets
- Support month-end and quarter-end reconciliation processes
- Maintain accurate capex/opex records for the technology group
Hiring & Onboarding
- Coordinate requisition approvals and support recruitment workflows
- Manage new-hire onboarding logistics in partnership with HR
- Ensure smooth contractor onboarding and offboarding processes
Team Administration
- Own team administration processes including calendars and resourcing trackers
- Manage organizational changes and maintain accurate team records
- Provide general administrative support for technology leadership
Townhalls & Team Communications
- Plan and execute monthly townhalls and team communication events
- Handle scheduling, logistics, content coordination, and follow-up actions
- Support internal communications initiatives for the technology group
General Operations
- Support governance routines, reporting cadences, and operational frameworks
- Maintain documentation and process guidelines
- Step in to provide operational support wherever needed across the technology function
