What would you do? • The Reporting & Analytics - Reporting Ops Trainer builds the delivery capability of the reporting tower equipping practitioners to produce recurring reports and Golden Source dashboards accurately, on standard, and on schedule. The role owns the full training lifecycle and drives adoption of governed, standardized, AI-enabled ways of working, so the tower improves report accuracy, SLA adherence • Talent Development process • Training & Facilitation Skills: • Strong Customer Service Skills • Ability to design engaging training materials and adapt training delivery based on audience needs • Proficient in usage of any instructional design tools such as Articulate, Canva, SCORM • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data and identify training areas for improvement

Roles and Responsibilities: • 4-6 years of experience in Sales Operations Reporting & Analytics, with a minimum of 3 years in Sales Analytics Training • • Training Content: Develop and maintain role-based training on reporting processes, dashboards, data quality, KPIs, Power BI, and compliance requirements. • Onboarding & Delivery: Lead new-hire onboarding and deliver training through instructor-led, hands-on, and self-paced learning formats. • Assessment & Coaching: Evaluate readiness through assessments and provide ongoing coaching to improve reporting accuracy and consistency. • Training Insights: Use performance and quality metrics to identify skill gaps, prioritize training, and measure impact. • Leadership Partnership: Align training with reporting standards, SOPs DTPs, and automation initiatives in collaboration with Managers and the GPO. • AI Enablement: Train teams on AI-powered reporting tools while ensuring proper validation and human oversight. • Content Governance: Maintain standardized, version-controlled training materials and an audit-ready content library. • Recurring analytics refresh calendar and ad hoc data-pull turnaround management • Documentation governance - maintaining templates and Detailed Task Procedures DTPs with periodic review and version control • Root-cause analysis - identifying process errors and implementing correction plans • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel incl. Power Query & Power Pivot, and SQL Server fundamentals • Agentic AI familiarity: hands-on exposure to agentic-AI NLQ tools e.g., Report Distribution Agent, data-quality self-healing, coaching teams on adoption and validation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and learning management systems • Supporting new transitions, building process maps and DTPs, root-cause analysis, and coaching team members • Domain Expertise to Train On: • End-to-end sales, consumption, and forecasting report production,
