Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive – Hygiene to join our team at the Head Office. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our hygiene product and service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify new business prospects, market trends, and expansion opportunities within the hygiene sector.
• Proposals & Quotations: Prepare competitive sales proposals and official quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Client Presentations: Conduct professional product and solution presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations on commercial terms to successfully close sales.
• Account Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and other internal departments to ensure seamless service execution and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (preferably in B2B or the hygiene / facility management industry).
3. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
5. Proven track record of building and managing professional client relationships.
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Have driving license A or C. Having driving license A is good.
