ROLE SUMMARY:

The Business Consultant role contributes to delivering the value of the whole firm to our customers by performing specialized consulting activities, contributing during presales phase, implementing client solutions, and creating replicable and scalable packaged solutions to gain new business, win market share, increase customer satisfaction and ensure a customized implementation is delivered on time and on budget.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Understand business processes:

• Knowledgeable about client’s business processes, market best practices, LSEG’s products and services offerings in areas like Trading Platform (especially FX and Electronic Trading).

Determine client needs:

• Evaluates client demands, which is then turned into a logical and technical business model that can be achieved through LSEG’s products and service offerings
• Advises clients how to leverage our platform’s functional and technical capabilities to meet ongoing needs
• Analyzes client’s business process and process requirements
• Identifies data integration requirements
• Performs workflow analysis
• Presents proposals to clients that may include prototypes

Configure applications in alignment with client needs:

• Customizes the product and deliverables in scope and makes sure the new system reacts in the manner that the client intends it to
• Tests deliverables for bugs throughout the implementation phase
• Assists customer in conducting integration testing
• Configures FX Trading Platform, Core Price Generator (CPG) and Aggregator based on clients’ business.

Ensure usability:

• Delivers end user trainings on (FX-) Trading Platform
• Develops user materials
• Plans going live process and ensures a smooth transition to the client

Customer Consulting business development:

• Develops new and maintains existing Professional Services packages
• Creates strategies and materials on every new solution or package
• Conducts / actively participates Subject Matter Experts network calls

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• High accountability to work independently and provide the highest client service
• Fair understanding of technology and systems integration
• Ability to conduct efforts/ pricing estimates
• Ability to work with other groups such as Sales, Product teams to promote the Customer Consulting offering.
• Good working knowledge around FXT Trading Platform
• Higher Education degree is required
