We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join the Product & Integration team supporting Life, Health, and Motor Insurance verticals. The role will be responsible for end-to-end project management, SaaS client onboarding, and integration management, ensuring seamless implementation of insurance solutions across platforms.
The role will lead business requirement analysis, preparation of journey flows and BRDs, stakeholder sign-offs, and coordination of product and system integrations, including configuration of product rules and validations. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, insurers, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery and onboarding of clients onto the SaaS platform.
Requirements
Responsibilities –
1) Requirement gathering & documentation:
● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs,
goals, and objectives.
● Analyse existing client business processes & systems for smoother
implementation of journey and product integrations.
● Document business processes, requirements, and user stories in a clear and
concise manner.
● Seeking product specifications & UW guidelines from respective insurer to
configure validation rules in database. / system.
2) Solution Design
● Work with business stakeholders and insurers to design and propose scalable
solutions aligned to business, regulatory, and platform requirements.
● Translate requirements into system specifications, journey flows, workflow diagrams,
and functional documents.
● Support configuration of product rules, underwriting validations, and integration logic
on the SaaS platform.
3) Communications
● Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity of
requirements and solutions.
● Present project updates, solution walkthroughs, and recommendations to internal
teams, clients, and insurer partners.
● Facilitate discussions, clarifications, and stakeholder sign-offs at key milestones.
4) Collaborations
● Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams
throughout the project lifecycle.
● Work with insurer and partner teams to align product configurations, integrations, and
operational readiness.
● Ensure continuous alignment between business objectives, technical feasibility, and
delivery timelines.
5) Project Planning
● Contribute to project planning, estimation, scheduling, and tracking of deliverables.
● Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues proactively.
● Ensure all deliverables meet defined business, quality, and compliance requirements.
6) Testing and Quality Assurance
● Coordinate with QA teams to support SIT and UAT planning, execution, and
sign-offs.
● Validate solutions against business requirements, insurance product rules, and user
expectations.
● Support defect tracking, resolution, and readiness for go-live and post-deployment
support.

Qualifications –
● Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex
requirement/data.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
