Job Description

Cost Transformation Lead

-Lead cost transformation governance 
-Gather all initiatives in 1 database.
-Monitor initiatives execution.
-Collaborate with FBA and/ or initiatives owners in keeping initiatives and savings realization up to date
-Flag risks, issues and support needed to proper channels.
-Report regularly cost initiatives status and savings realization.
-Partner with FBA/business units on cost management actions.
-Drive usage adoption and enhancements of CT tool to keep it relevant.

Business Advisor

-Provide guidance on financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the company's Limits of Authority (LOA) 
-Annual cascade and day to day operations
-Refer/ bridge proponents  to right channels within Finance for operational execution and resolution of queries, risks, issues.
-Partner with accounts assigned to:
-Explain monthly expense variances, highlighting those with significant increases/decreases. Manage/ Facilitate accruals and accrual reversals, as necessary.
-Develop and submit reasonable outlook numbers for assigned accounts and challenge outlook submissions.
-Track cost transformation initiatives.
-Identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities.
-Conduct post-review on expenses and initiatives.
-Provide guidance, review financial soundness and recommend actions on proposals submitted through memo to spend (MTS), business cases, and other initiatives.

-Develop and maintain financial models/ scenario analysis to support budgeting, availment memo/MTS or explain drivers of historical financial performance.

-Validate assumptions and numbers.  Incorporate post review of prior spend which will be used as point of reference.
-Review operating expense (opex) budget and manpower headcount (HC) during the annual budgeting exercise. Understand underlying assumptions and cost drivers, and consolidate materials for presentations.
-Review and endorse Purchase Requisitions (PR), Material Request Forms (MRF), and Legal Contract Requests (LCR).
-Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
-Prepare insights and financial reports for management information or review.
