🐾 Brand Ambassador Supervisor:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the DS Manager in the day-to-day management and execution of the Brand Ambassador (BA) team.
- Manage BA availability and create team rosters to ensure optimal staffing and maximum team performance, including alignment with the DS Manager on any required adjustments or additional coverage.
- Prepare two-week weather outlooks and make strategic recommendations regarding shift planning, including clear and timely communication to the BA team.
- Develop and coordinate sales incentives to maximize BA performance, in collaboration with the DS Manager.
- Monitor and communicate in-field flags, issues, and incidents, ensuring timely reporting and follow-up to maximize performance during shifts together with the DS Manager and BA Team Trainer.
- Prepare the initial eight-week rolling forecast, including planning for social activities and training sessions, to be reviewed and aligned with the DS Manager and BA team.
- Track and report BA working hours, incentives, sales performance, and other relevant sales KPIs.
- Prepare biweekly BA performance reports and review results with the DS Manager and BA Team Trainer to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain a highly engaged, high-performing team.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules and communication for new starters, including check-in calls.
- Take a leading role in onboarding new Brand Ambassadors together with the DS Manager and BA Team Trainer, both in the office and/or in the field, depending on team availability and operational needs.
- Present weekly performance results and participate in event reviews with the Event Manager.
- Provide regular performance updates and feedback during team and stakeholder meetings.
What is Required:
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or in a similar field-based sales/customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of BA responsibilities, daily operations, and field activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with Brand Ambassadors, Team Trainers, Supervisors, and Managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and proactively identify and address operational issues.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with schedules, rosters, forecasts, reports, and performance data.
- Basic analytical skills and confidence working with performance metrics, sales results, working hours, and incentives.
- Ability to use Excel/Google Sheets and other relevant tools for reporting, planning, and data tracking.
- Ability to make informed decisions based on performance data, weather forecasts, team availability, and business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different stakeholders, both in the office and in the field.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and support BA performance and engagement.
- Confidence in leading onboarding sessions and supporting new team members during their first shifts.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, business priorities, and operational requirements.
- Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.
⏳ The interview process:
- Initial call with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner, carried out remotely.
- Skills & behaviours interview to assess your sales skills, usually carried out in person.
We usually expect our interview process to take 1-2 weeks, end to end.

This role is based out in the field, meeting customers at events. Sometimes these events fall on a weekend, and require an element of travel.
