Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will help identify, design, and deliver automation solutions using Power Automate, VBA, and RPA technologies. You will work closely with Finance & Accounting teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and delivery managers to improve process efficiency and reduce manual work.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to operational excellence and support key business initiatives through automation.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Analyze and understand automation requirements for finance and accounting processes
• Develop and deliver Power Automate and VBA automation solutions
• Develop and deliver PDD/SDD for RPA Solutions
• Guide projects through the complete automation lifecycle, from conception to deployment
• Conduct awareness sessions and training to promote automation opportunities
• Work closely with the Finance & Accounting team and other stakeholders to support effective project delivery
• Provide weekly progress updates and achievement reports
• Manage diverse stakeholder relationships including SMEs, team leads, and delivery managers

Qualifications for the role:

• Finance experience (R2R and O2C or P2P)
• Advanced skills in Power Automate
• VBA programming and Excel automation skills
• Have a good understanding of RPA project and developed PDD & SDD for automation solutions
• Effective communicator with the ability to present requirements in a straightforward way
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, such as SMEs, team leads, and delivery managers
• Effective questioning and probing skills to uncover root needs and requirements
• Knowledge of the automation project lifecycle and delivery phases
• Ability to translate complex automation requirements into technical solutions
