Are You Our New Audio Campaign Manager at WPP Media?

We are looking for an Audio expert to support the Audiovisual Manager in the buying, management, and optimization of audiovisual media campaigns for our clients.

You will be responsible for the operational follow-up of campaigns, from the initial first option to the post-buy analysis.

Responsibilities

• You work simultaneously on multiple client accounts, each with its own deadlines and projects.
• You secure first options for new campaigns within the framework defined by the Audiovisual Manager.
• You optimize campaigns as prepared and validated by the Audiovisual Manager.
• You ensure daily follow-up of administrative tasks, including reporting and material management.
• You conduct analyses to produce accurate post-buy reports.
• You regularly participate in follow-up meetings with the Audiovisual Manager to monitor campaign performance.
• You support the Audiovisual Manager in monitoring and reporting campaign results to clients.
• You stay up to date with relevant data, such as TV, radio, and cinema audience figures, and flag any anomalies or critical issues.
• You build strong relationships with media sales houses and their commercial teams.
• You take responsibility for small to medium-sized client accounts.
• You ensure the quality and accuracy of reports and tools (testing, validation, improvement proposals).
• You have a good understanding of the full OLA process.
• You contribute to knowledge sharing within the audiovisual team.
