Experience Range: With at least 5 to 8 years of experience managing projects in digital or technology-driven environments Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelinesFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to drive team productivity and continuous improvementCollaborate with stakeholders to create detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and completenessMonitor and report on Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and delivery timelines, providing actionable insights to project teams and leadershipManage estimation processes, resource allocation, and project schedules to optimize delivery efficiency and meet business objectivesIdentify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies through proactive communication and problem-solvingEnsure effective communication across cross-functional teams, facilitating transparency and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycleDrive the adoption of Agile best practices and digital acumen within project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementRequired Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)Expertise in Agile metrics tracking and reporting tools such as Jira or Azure DevOpsExperience in backlog grooming and refinementAbility to create detailed requirements and user storiesProject delivery management within digital environmentsCompetence in estimation techniques and metrics analysisPreferred Skills:
Experience implementing Agile at scale (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)Proficiency in advanced project management tools and dashboardsKnowledge of digital transformation and emerging technologiesFamiliarity with risk management frameworks in Agile projectsAbility to optimize team performance through coaching and mentoringStrong communication management skills in project settingsDesired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related disciplineCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)Additional Agile or project management certifications such as PMI-ACP or SAFe Agilist are advantageous
