If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications

Para apoyar a nuestros equipos extraordinarios que crean excelentes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, buscamos agregar un Supervisor de Producción ubicado en Guadalajara, Campus Norte

Reportando al Production Manager, el rol de Supervisor de Producción involucra dirigir las operaciones de fabricación realizadas en un turno o grupo de líneas de producción, asegurando que alcancen objetivos de volumen, calidad y costo.

Cómo se ve un día típico:

• Seguimiento y Cumplimiento de rate de producción.
• Control de personal (asistencias, permisos, vacaciones, actividades, entrenamiento, etc).
• Control de wip.
• Seguimiento a Work order
• Control de los materiales (kit de ensamble y scrap).
• Escalaciones por paro de línea.
• Atender juntas de soporte (Checkpoint).
• Plan de entrenamiento para el personal a su cargo.

La experiencia que buscamos agregar a nuestro equipo:

• Ingenieria o Licenciatura concluida.
• Indispensable disponibilidad para los 3 turnos.
• Conocimiento Office (Excel).
• Conocimiento indispensable de reparaciónes criticas .
• Excelente Administración de personal.
• 5 S.
