Summary:

The Route to Market (RTM) Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Route to Market strategy to support sustainable business growth, strengthen market coverage, and improve distribution effectiveness. The role translates business strategy into specific RTM plans and actions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and distributor partners to drive execution excellence and achieve business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Driving Route-to-Market improvements to increase coverage, service levels, and execution effectiveness.

• Leading our minimarket RTM and expand direct servicing.

• Monitoring and improving distributor performance through clear KPIs and regular business reviews.

• Supporting distributor capability development to strengthen sales execution and customer service.

• Providing commercial insights and analysis to support business decisions and growth opportunities.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in any major

• Experienced in GT and MT for min. 7 years in Manager level, with experience in the field

• Familiar with Nielsen and Sales Field Automation (common system)

• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
