Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support PPL Healthcare LLC's growth and operational goals.
* Lead and manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for all levels of employees.
* Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
* Oversee and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Implement and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
* Develop and deliver HR-related training programs for managers and employees.
* Manage HRIS systems and leverage data analytics to inform HR decisions and improve efficiency.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to foster a culture of employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
* Manage and mentor junior HR staff, fostering their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
* Demonstrated experience in a healthcare or related industry is highly desirable.
* In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
* PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
