Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Director, Digital Advisory to lead a portfolio of integrated client accounts in Hong Kong. You will manage a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders and leading internal teams and external production partners to ensure projects are delivered with quality.

Key Responsibilities
 

Client Leadership & Account Ownership

• Act as the primary client lead across accounts, building trusted partnerships with client stakeholders
• Oversee end-to-end delivery in a hands-on manner, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team, set expectations and provide guidance
• Manage external vendors and production partners to ensure cost-effective, high-quality output
• Train agency capability in AI, digital and social marketing

Business & Growth

• Collaborate with teams to grow clients through digital services and integrated offerings
• Support new business pitches and contribute to building Edelman’s digital and integrated offering

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience at agencies or integrated marketing environments managing digital, social media, and/or integrated marketing scopes
• Experience managing a team and client relationships
• Deep understanding of social trends, local culture, and platform algorithms
• Hands-on and highly organized with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is required
