As an Associate - Deals - Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC), you will focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will build meaningful client connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimize outcomes in their deal-making processes. Within our Deals practice, you will navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize value and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities

- Supporting clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring to maximize value
- Analyzing market trends and assessing business opportunities to inform strategic decision-making
- Developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in optimizing their deal-making processes
- Identifying potential risks and opportunities within complex transactions
- Assisting in the formulation and execution of effective strategies for value creation
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive client success
- Gathering and analyzing data from various sources to discern patterns and insights
- Applying financial modeling and financial statement analysis to support deal strategies
- Engaging in post-merger integration activities to enhance client outcomes
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and adapting to diverse client needs

What You Must Have

- At least an MBA degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
