UTA Advisory’s Marketing group serves as agency of record for a major beauty retailer's large-scale creator ambassador program that identifies, vets, and manages a community of beauty content creators. The team runs the program end-to-end, from a high-volume annual application and selection cycle (tens of thousands of applicants narrowed to a select new cohort) to ongoing creator member management, brand campaign execution, and an evolving Alumni program. We work closely with our client's marketing team and cross-functionally across legal, tech, and creative operations to keep the program running smoothly at scale.
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
Support end-to-end influencer and talent partnerships, assisting with scouting, vetting, and contracting logistics through execution, deliverable tracking, and performance data compilation
Support day-to-day program operations, including application vetting, onboarding coordination, and creator roster maintenance
Assist in executing phases of the annual selection cycle, tracking applicant status and flagging issues to the Manager
Support Single Brand Campaigns (SBC) and Multi-Brand Campaigns (MBC) by coordinating briefs, tracking deliverable submissions, and compiling performance data
Support contracting and deliverable compliance, including tracking usage rights and campaign deliverable status in coordination with Legal
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for creators and support communication with talent agencies, managing routine correspondence, timelines, and asset feedback
Maintain accurate program data in Creator IQ and Airtable, including applicant records, creator profiles, and campaign trackers
Assist with pulling and organizing data for Earned Media Value (EMV) and Key Opinion Consumer (KOC) reporting, Quarterly Business Review (QBR) prep, and other client-facing materials
Support tracking of creator and campaign performance and program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), helping compile post-campaign reporting and creator/landscape trend research
Monitor creator communications and respond to routine inquiries, escalating as needed
Support Alumni program activities, including outreach coordination and engagement tracking
Coordinate with Legal, Ops, and Research team members on vetting and contracting logistics
Take notes and track action items during internal and client meetings
What You Will Need
Experience in the beauty, retail, or CPG creator marketing space preferred
Interest in or exposure to influencer campaign strategy and multi-channel content trends preferred
Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and campaign performance analytics platforms preferred
Exposure to client-facing reporting or account management support preferred
Familiarity with invoicing/PO systems (e.g., Coupa) in an agency context preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, digital media, or a related agency, media, or entertainment environment
Experience supporting operational processes (e.g., vetting, onboarding, or program logistics) with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with the creator economy and platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, along with creator/influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Creator IQ) and program management tools (e.g., Airtable), or comparable systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to help synthesize data into client-ready reporting
Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
