O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:

• Atender solicitações, dúvidas e reclamações dos clientes com foco em excelência e qualidade no atendimento.
• Realizar o encaminhamento das demandas para as áreas responsáveis, acompanhando todo o fluxo de resolução.
• Monitorar solicitações em andamento, garantindo prazos e retorno adequado aos clientes.
• Cadastrar e atualizar informações dos clientes nos sistemas operacionais.
• Alimentar e manter planilhas de controle e relatórios de acompanhamento.

Além disso, é necessário conhecimento em:

• Comunicação oral e escrita clara, objetiva e profissional.
• Informática em nível avançado, com facilidade no uso de ferramentas digitais.
• Excel Básico a Intermediário.
• Agilidade, dinamismo e rapidez de raciocínio para lidar com múltiplas demandas.
• Experiência prévia na área de atendimento ao cliente ou funções similares.
• Facilidade de adaptação e uso de sistemas operacionais.
• Ensino Médio completo (Superior será considerado um diferencial).
