West region become more and more important sales zone to support premium business growth. This position is under regional sales manager by focusing on the business in Sichuan at current stage. Overall responsibilities are to ensure all channel KPIs on target, to engage and manage distributors to win more new businesses with profitable return, to optimize distributor network to maintain its vitality, to provide professional services to maintain end-users’ satisfaction, to improve margin and control risk for business sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Excellent business management to achieve strategic targets, annual KPIs and margin improvement. 

Fully understand local refinish market and have business acuteness. Focus on new business win from CB and non-CB opportunities to keep YOY growth. Engage distributors to achieve sales and PC targets. Strengthen Non-paint sales. Innovate new solutions in accord with PPG strategic requirement.

2. Distributor optimization to maintain its vitality.

Optimize network to support key distributors to grow and maintain smooth networking. Make sure all distributors fully understand all PPG policies and engage them by providing prompt support. Analyze opportunities, manage pipelines well, and keep new shop win together with distributors. Develop distributors’ ability including technical service ability, refined operation ability, risk management ability and so on. Help distributors to build up digitalization sense and sales.

3.  Professional technical solutions to improve end-users’ satisfaction

Strong product knowledge and application skills to provide quick professional service. Systematic B&P knowledge to help end-users to improve shop efficiency. Daily technical support and trouble shooting. Regular technical training to  Dealer Groups. Build up good relationships with end-users.

4.  Business risk control to keep business sustainability.

Define the market risks and competitors’ impacts. Maste regional sales forecast without surprise. Solid demand forecast knowledge and make accurate forecast. PPG investment margin control and sales commitment tracking. Overdue collection

Qualifications

1. Above 5years working experience in refinish coatings or relevant industries.

2. Coatings background is preferred.

3. Strong paint knowledge and application skills.

4.Practical experience is preferred. Business acuteness, active attitude and excellent communication.

5. Business management skills such as CRM, WC and so on.
