The Role 

Assist the Reservations Manager with the execution of the Reservation Department’s policies and procedures and managing the daily operation. Oversee and participate in the activities of the Reservations Team, answer and direct phone calls in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. The ideal candidate can work a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $71,000 - $79,769
