1. Responsible for consolidating strategic measures identified in the strategy meetings.

2. Ensure that each measure has defined responsibility, close ended due date / mile stone achievement, tangible benefits.

3. Responsible for updating the status of implementation of measures and follow up for the same.

4. Provide timely status report to the management and escalate in case of any deviation.

5. Plan periodic review meetings with key functions to review the strategy.

6. Analyze & circulate various economic and business outlook reports.

7. Analyze financials of key competitors & peers to benchmark company’s financials.

8. Review & consolidate key business developments in domestic & international market.

9. Prepare presentation of Economic Outlook, Company Financial Performance, ESG activities, Status on key Strategies to Management.

10. Responsible for Business acquisitions by analysis of past performance of the company for valuation based on future outlook.

11. Carry out due diligence, prioritize target companies, and coordinate for the approval process.
