Front Office Services (FOS) enables our investment professionals to deliver client investment outcomes through robust operational and support services

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Investment Support

• Partner with the Investment Team to support end‑to‑end private asset transactions, from execution to transition and termination.
• Provide ongoing fund and investment oversight, including structures, accounting, valuations, tax, and regulatory considerations.
• Investment Transition, Liquidation & Termination
• Knowledge of Fund Documentation & Structures
• Deliver operational input at Investment Committee meetings and support issue resolution and action planning.
• Manage investor and stakeholder enquiries and portfolio reporting.

Operational Support

Ensure the integrity of day-to-day fund operations, governance over transaction accounts and execution of cash management mechanisms, maintaining superior alignment with investment strategies.

Expense Management & Financial Oversight

• Budget & Fee administration
• Reporting & Performance Metrics

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

• External Service Providers oversight, including fund administrators, middle‑office providers, banks and corporate secretarial firms.
• Internal stakeholders’ coordination

Reporting, Corporate Governance & Compliance

• Review financial accounts, NAVs, capital accounts and performance metrics, reconciling administrator reports to internal records
• Manage tax and regulatory reporting processes, including FATCA/CRS compliance, audits and regulatory reviews.
• Represent operations at Board and Investment Committee meetings, presenting operational updates and risk insights.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, manage KYC/AML enquiries and identify and mitigate operational risks through effective controls.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Business, Banking & Finance, or Accountancy; Chartered Accountant preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of fund structures, ODD, NAV reviews, accounting standards and private assets performance metrics.
• Familiar with Aladdin and Burgiss (MSCI).
• Technologically savvy with a strong interest in automation, process optimization and digital enablement.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and technical skills; highly detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Collaborative yet independent, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• People management or team leadership experience is a plus.
• Demonstrates high professional and ethical standards, effective under pressure with strong risk and compliance focus.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; fluent in written and spoken English.
