Über diese Asset Manager - Southern Europe Stelle bei The Social Hub
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
As our Asset Manager for Southern Europe, you are the force behind making our properties in Italy, Spain, and France perform, grow, and shine. You will champion Project Electrify across the region, putting a massive 250 million euro investment plan into action to unlock new revenue and elevate our locations. Working hand in hand with our Director of Asset Management, you will pitch bold commercial deals, refine regional models, and turn big ideas into signed contracts. You bring the vision and the numbers together, collaborating with local teams, city planners, and partners to shape what gets built where. In this team, fresh thinking gets backed with real resources, giving you massive room to grow as we scale across Europe. Bring your sharp financial mind, grab your passport, and let us build something extraordinary together.
In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are
Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the overall growth strategy for our Southern European portfolio across Italy, Spain, and France.
- Lead commercial leasing for retail, dining, and extra spaces from initial concept all the way to signed agreements.
- Set strong commercial terms for rent, indexation, and incentives to protect long-term property value.
- Build and test your own financial models to calculate yields, returns, and incremental revenue gains.
- Pitch clear investment proposals to our leadership board to get exciting property projects greenlit.
- Navigate municipal zoning and permit processes to clear the path for key property upgrades.
- Partner with on-the-ground operational teams to turn ambitious improvement plans into reality.
What You’ll Have
- You bring 6 to 10 years of experience in real estate asset management, ideally with exposure to hospitality or operational real estate.
- You have a proven track record of managing property improvement plans, hold-sell analyses, and commercial lease negotiations.
- You have strong financial underwriting capability and prefer building your own detailed models in Excel over outsourcing the numbers.
- You bring confidence as a commercial negotiator who easily connects with property owners, tenants, and city officials.
- You have a degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Economics, with bonus points for RICS or CFA credentials.
- You bring fluency in English alongside fluency in Italian, Spanish, or French.
- You have a genuine passion for regular travel across Southern Europe.
