POSITION OVERVIEW

The Asset Management Analyst plays a critical supporting role in the operational, financial, and commercial oversight of utility‑scale solar PV and battery energy storage assets. Working closely with asset managers and cross‑functional teams, the Analyst is responsible for performance analysis, KPI reporting, financial planning support, and day‑to‑day coordination that ensures assets operate safely, efficiently, and in line with commercial expectations. This role is ideal for an early‑career professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for renewable energy who is eager to grow into a broader asset management or commercial operations role.

  • Analyze monthly project‑level P&L statements, variance drivers, and cash flow forecasts, delivering clear summaries and insights for portfolio managers.
  • Support the annual budgeting process by reviewing asset performance, standardizing fleet‑wide assumptions, and contributing to long‑term financial planning.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of operational and financial KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance asset performance and operational efficiency.
  • Calculate, validate, and report key performance metrics—including Availability, Performance Ratio, and energy yield—for internal and external reporting.
  • Prepare recurring reporting deliverables such as dashboards, lender reports, stakeholder updates, and ad‑hoc analyses, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Manage the reporting cycle by maintaining trackers, consolidating inputs, and ensuring timely communication of financial, operational, and contractual obligations.
