Perfil da Função de Professor de História da ISP Objetivo da Função O objetivo da função de Professor de História é promover nos alunos uma compreensão profunda do passado e de sua relação com o presente, desenvolvendo habilidades de pensamento crítico e analítico para interpretar a história e suas diversas perspectivas. Além disso, busca formar cidadãos conscientes de seu contexto histórico, capazes de compreender as causas e consequências dos eventos, bem como as diferentes culturas e sociedades que moldaram o mundo. Principais Responsabilidades do Professor de História da ISP Desenvolver e implementar o currículo e planos de aula para alunos do ensino médio (secondary/high school). Ministrar aulas envolventes e eficazes. Avaliar e acompanhar a aprendizagem e o progresso dos alunos. Preparar os alunos para exames e para o ensino superior. Habilidades, Qualificações e Experiência Sólido domínio da disciplina e habilidades pedagógicas. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e de gestão de sala de aula. Capacidade de engajar e motivar alunos do ensino médio.
