Job Description
Principais Atividades Práticas que o aprendiz irá desenvolver:
- Organizar e controlar o estoque de materiais e uniformes, garantindo a correta identificação, armazenamento e conferência dos itens por meio de inventários periódicos.
- Receber e conferir mercadorias e uniformes, verificando quantidades, especificações e qualidade dos produtos de acordo com notas fiscais e pedidos de compra.
- Identificar e comunicar divergências entre os materiais solicitados, recebidos e registrados nos pedidos de compra.
- Apoiar as rotinas administrativas da área de Compras, incluindo arquivamento de notas fiscais, pedidos e demais documentos, bem como lançamento e atualização de informações em planilhas e sistemas.
- Auxiliar no acompanhamento de solicitações de compras e no controle de registros relacionados aos processos da área.
- Contribuir para a organização e atualização de documentos e controles internos, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações.
