About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Zabbix Specialist with deep expertise in Zabbix 6.0 LTS and 7.0 LTS to lead enterprise monitoring initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in Zabbix architecture, administration, platform upgrades, migrations, performance optimization, and monitoring strategy. This role requires a subject matter expert who can drive monitoring excellence, provide technical leadership, and support large-scale enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the administration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise-scale Zabbix environments.
Design and implement scalable monitoring solutions using Zabbix 6.0 LTS and 7.0 LTS.
Manage and support Zabbix Servers, Proxies, Agents, Frontend, and monitoring infrastructure.
Perform Zabbix upgrades, migrations, health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
Develop and maintain templates, Low-Level Discovery (LLD), triggers, dashboards, reports, and alerting frameworks.
Drive monitoring standards, governance, and best practices across monitoring platforms.
Troubleshoot complex monitoring, alerting, performance, and integration issues.
Support onboarding of infrastructure, databases, applications, cloud resources, and network devices into the monitoring platform.
Act as the technical SME and escalation point for Zabbix-related issues and initiatives.
Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and customer engagements.
Mentor and guide engineers on monitoring architecture, troubleshooting, and operational best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks.
