Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Liferay Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
- Strong knowledge of web application architecture and integration techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning.
- Ability to analyze logs and system data to diagnose problems accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Liferay Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
