Experience Range: With at least 2 years of experience in insights analysis, including hands-on exposure to master data management and supply chain data processes Key Responsibilities:
Assess current master data practices to identify operational risks during transformation initiatives and propose robust structural solutionsAnalyze master data structures to uncover gaps, risks, and opportunities for standardization and process improvementImplement strategies to simplify, standardize, and strengthen data processes, ensuring long-term operational resilienceCollaborate with supply chain teams including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to translate operational requirements into scalable, practical data and process designsValidate solution designs to ensure protection of legacy ERP systems, downstream operational flows, reporting, and system integrationsSupport and execute data quality initiatives, including cleansing strategies and mapping frameworks across legacy systemsDrive continuous improvements in master data quality and support the adoption of data governance frameworksWork closely with deployment partners to ensure operational feasibility and sustainable implementation of data solutionsRequired Skills:
Tableau for data visualization and dashboard developmentSQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysisPython for data processing and automation tasksAdvanced Excel for data analysis and reportingPower BI for business intelligence and reporting solutionsExperience with SAP or S/4HANA ERP systemsData quality assessment and cleansing techniquesData governance frameworks and data standardsPreferred Skills:
Experience in supply chain management modules such as SD, MM, LE, PP, or SCMSAP Master Data Governance (MDG) data modelsAlteryx or similar data analytics toolsExperience defining and tracking KPIs, SLAs, and capacity models for master data teamsMaster Data Management process improvement methodologiesDesired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related disciplineCertification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or relevant technology (such as Tableau, Power BI, or SAP)Certification in Master Data Management or Supply Chain Analytics is an advantage
