Roles and Responsibilities

• The Analyst will support, lead & drive the Incident Management & execution of Projects along with change initiatives for NAB Assist, with focus on NAB Bereavement Services
• The role will be responsible for overseeing the Incident & Defect management process on behalf of NAB Bereavement team with strong focus on NUW
• You'll be working alongside Developers and Technology analysts to review requirements and build out changes/uplifts to the source system
• You'll be understanding the requirements, writing test case scenarios and testing the functionalities, identifying defects and escalating these defects for fixing 
• The role will play a key part in ensuring that change is proactively and effectively managed and impacted business areas experience smooth transition

Experience:

• Business Consulting & Project Management experience
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to the implementation of change in an agile way (short cycle releases, use of test and learn events/prototyping)
• Proven experience in delivering high quality innovation and productivity improvements in complex regulatory environment
• Experience in UI testing on systems
• Bereavement services experience, understanding of it's core metrics & obligatory requirements
