Buscamos un Analista Administrativo que brinde soporte a diferentes áreas del negocio mediante la gestión y análisis de información, seguimiento presupuestal y coordinación de procesos administrativos, asegurando el correcto flujo de compras, facturación y pagos.

Objetivo del puesto

Gestionar y dar seguimiento a los procesos administrativos relacionados con presupuesto, compras, proveedores y facturación, garantizando una correcta clasificación del gasto, control financiero y atención oportuna a las necesidades de las diferentes áreas del negocio.

Responsabilidades clave:

• Administrar y dar seguimiento al presupuesto operativo (OPEX), analizando gasto real vs. presupuesto autorizado e identificando desviaciones.
• Elaborar y analizar reportes mensuales, trimestrales y anuales de presupuesto y gasto para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
• Generar y dar seguimiento a solicitudes de compra y órdenes de compra.
• Gestionar procesos administrativos relacionados con facturación, anticipos, provisiones y pagos a proveedores.
• Dar seguimiento a incidencias de facturación y coordinar su resolución con las áreas correspondientes.
• Brindar soporte y orientación a proveedores respecto a procesos de facturación, documentación y seguimiento de pagos.
• Consolidar información y preparar reportes ejecutivos y presentaciones para diferentes niveles de la organización.
• Coordinarse con áreas como Finanzas, Contabilidad, Cuentas por Pagar, Compras, Operaciones, Ventas y Mercadotecnia.
• Participar en la planeación anual del presupuesto operativo y apoyar en la implementación de controles para identificar y gestionar desviaciones.
• Dar seguimiento administrativo a la contratación y pago de diferentes bienes y servicios requeridos para la operación a nivel nacional.

Requisitos:

•  Licenciatura en Administración, Finanzas, Contabilidad, Negocios o carrera afín.
• 0 a 2 años de experiencia en procesos administrativos, control presupuestal, compras, facturación y/o cuentas por pagar.
• Manejo de Excel, idealmente para análisis y elaboración de reportes.
• Capacidad para analizar información financiera y preparar reportes ejecutivos.
• Organización y seguimiento de múltiples solicitudes y prioridades.
• Comunicación efectiva y orientación al cliente interno.
