About the Role

岗位职责：
AI 解决方案的工程化落地 (Engineering & Implementation)
−原型开发与交付： 在导师指导下，快速构建基于应用原型开发交付；
−全栈功能实现： 负责定制化解决方案的前后端开发模块，确保 AI 能力能无缝嵌入现有的 IT 系统；
−数据管道构建： 进行非结构化数据的清洗、分块（Chunking）及向量化处理，构建高质量的向量数据库，为模型提供准确的知识上下文。
模型调优与效果优化 (Model Optimization & Evaluation)
−工程与迭代： 设计并优化复杂 Prompt 策略，提升模型在特定业务场景下的准确率与稳定性；
−评测体系建立： 参与构建自动化评测流程，进行压力测试，量化模型表现，并基于反馈持续迭代优化；
−前沿技术验证： 跟踪最新的开源模型与 AI 技术动态，评估其在实际业务中的适用性。
业务洞察与技术翻译 (Business Alignment & Translation)
−需求转化： 深入理解客户业务逻辑，将模糊的业务痛点转化为清晰、可执行的技术任务；
−技术沟通桥梁： 作为技术接口人，协助资深 FDE 向非技术背景的客户利益相关者演示产品价值，清晰解释技术边界与可行性，管理客户预期。
知识沉淀与产品反哺 (Knowledge Sharing & Product Feedback)
−最佳实践沉淀： 总结项目中的通用代码模块、Prompt 模板及部署脚本，形成内部知识库，提升团队整体交付效率；
−产品迭代反馈： 从一线交付场景中提炼共性需求与边缘案例（Edge Cases），向后端产品研发团队提供高质量的技术反馈，推动平台功能的标准化与完善；
−技术分享： 定期参与内部技术分享会，交流最新 AI 应用案例与工程实践经验，营造学习型团队氛围。

岗位要求：
−全日制硕士及以上学历，计算机科学领域（AI）专业优先；
−符合友邦文化价值观，谦逊、踏实、且具有共赢意识；
−英文能力优秀，听说读写流利；
−具备极强的目标规划能力、适应力、学习创新力、坚韧耐挫力、內驱力；
−能够接受异地、跨部门的轮岗工作。
