About the Role
岗位名称：战略规划和项目管理管理培训生
岗位职责：
战略研究与洞察支持
−宏观与行业监测： 协助收集和分析宏观经济数据、监管政策；
−竞品分析： 定期跟踪主要竞争对手的战略动向、产品创新及市场表现，撰写基础分析报告；
−专题研究支持： 在部门长指导下，进行深度文献检索、数据清洗及初步观点提炼。
经营绩效追踪与数据分析
−KPI数据监控： 协助建立和维护公司经营指标数据库，定期从各业务条线收集月度/季度经营数据，制作仪表盘（Dashboard），直观展示KPI达成情况；
−偏差分析支持： 对比实际业绩与战略目标，协助识别关键偏差领域，整理基础数据进行深层归因分析；
−数据平台维护： 参与经营数据平台的日常维护与需求梳理，优化数据提取逻辑，提升数据准确性与时效性。
战略项目群管理与敏捷支持
−项目进度跟踪： 协助跟踪公司级重点战略项目（SI）的实施进度，收集各项目组的周报/月报，更新项目状态红绿灯表，预警潜在延期风险；
−敏捷实践推广： 协助组织内部敏捷工作坊，推广敏捷工作方法论，记录敏捷团队的迭代回顾会议内容，促进跨部门协作效率提升；
−文档管理： 负责战略项目群的全生命周期文档归档，确保可研报告、审批文件、结项报告等资料的可追溯性。
ESG与投资者关系辅助
−ESG数据收集： 协助收集公司在环境、社会及治理方面的关键绩效数据，支持年度ESG报告的素材整理；
−IR材料准备： 协助对接友邦集团投资者关系部，整理基础的财务与非财务披露数据，支持投资者问答（Q&A）库的更新。
岗位要求：
−全日制本科及以上学历，数学、统计、金融、精算等相关专业优先；
−符合友邦文化价值观，谦逊、踏实、且具有共赢意识；
−英文能力优秀，听说读写流利；
−具备极强的目标规划能力、适应力、学习创新力、坚韧耐挫力、內驱力；
−能够接受异地、跨部门的轮岗工作。
