Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Security Principal Developer to serve as a strategic advisor to AI and engineering teams on building secure, trustworthy AI solutions. This role focuses on applying AI, analytics, and data-driven thinking to drive security outcomes, while shaping AI security strategy and long-term roadmaps. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced in designing and scaling AI solutions, and comfortable influencing technical direction. - Define AI security strategy and develop actionable roadmaps aligned with business and technology goals
- Advise AI and engineering teams on building secure, trustworthy AI solutions across the lifecycle
- Run proofs of concept (POCs), proofs of value (POVs), and prototypes to validate AI security approaches
- Apply AI, data, and analytics to drive measurable security outcomes and insights
- Create, document, and maintain AI security standards, patterns, and best practices
- Communicate AI security standards and guidance clearly to engineering and product teams
- Evaluate AI architectures, models, and data pipelines to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, platform, security, and leadership teams
- Translate complex analytical and technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations
