We’re looking for a AI Operations Manager to help shape how our B2C organization operates by combining AI, operational excellence, and customer support transformation across a growing portfolio of consumer products.

Our B2C organization manages a growing portfolio of browser extensions and applications, supported by multiple Product, R&D, Legal, and business teams. As we continue to scale, we need someone who can own the operational layer across teams, improve execution, and leverage AI to build smarter, more scalable ways of working.

This role combines operational ownership, AI innovation, and customer support operations. You'll partner closely with Product, R&D, Legal, and B2C leadership to improve operational efficiency, automate manual processes, and drive execution across multiple products.

You'll have end-to-end ownership of operational initiatives that improve customer experience, accelerate internal execution, and help our teams scale more effectively.

So, what will you be doing all day?

• Owning customer support operations across multiple B2C products by governing our outsourced support partner, defining KPIs, and continuously improving the customer experience.
• Designing, building, and optimizing AI copilots, prompt libraries, AI workflows, and no-code automations that improve customer support and operational efficiency.
• Own the AI adoption by managing AI tools, vendors, subscriptions, and playbooks while measuring adoption, KPIs, and ROI.
• Partnering with Product, R&D, Legal, and business stakeholders to drive operational execution, project management, roadmap visibility, and quarterly planning.
• Identifying operational bottlenecks and proactively leading automation and process improvement initiatives across multiple products.
• Building operational dashboards and tracking AI adoption, operational KPIs, and customer support performance to drive data-informed decisions.
• Owning operational documentation, knowledge management, and cross-functional communication to enable scalable execution across the organization.

This is the perfect job for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in Operations, Product Operations, Business Operations, Support Operations, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Has hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and no-code/low-code platforms.
• Enjoys improving processes through automation and operational excellence.
• Strong analytical, process-oriented, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and continuously explores new AI tools, technologies, and ways to improve operations.
• Has experience managing outsourced support teams or service providers. - advantage

The B2C Operations team sits at the center of our consumer business, partnering closely with Product, R&D, Customer Support, Legal, and leadership to help dozens of B2C products scale efficiently.

By combining operations, AI, and automation, the team builds scalable processes, improves execution, and enables our product teams to move faster while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
