Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust application pipelines that are ready for production environments, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. The engineer works on implementing generative artificial intelligence models as part of comprehensive solutions, which may also encompass deep learning techniques, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing technologies. Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality delivery is a key aspect of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI-driven applications ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize AI model performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS AI Services, Generative A AWS bedrock.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing cloud-based AI solutions using AWS AI Services.
- In-depth knowledge of generative artificial intelligence models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and maintain production-grade AI pipelines integrating various AI tools and services.
- Experience with chatbot development and image processing techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AWS AI Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
