What you will be doing 

You will be on a development journey to guide your growth into the role of AGGP2027 Sales/Support - Associate and can expect to be involved in the following:  

• Sales & Business Development Support  

• Client Presentations: Collaborate with the Sales team to design, build, and refine highly customized, visually engaging pitch decks and client presentations. 

• Market Intelligence & Research: Conduct continuous market research to track industry trends, emerging market opportunities, and regulatory shifts in the aviation sector  

• Competition Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, product positioning, and market share to help the team develop counter-strategies. 

• Business Modelling: Assist the Business Development team in building basic financial and operational models to evaluate the viability of new sales campaigns and regional strategies  

Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

At the end of the two year development programme, you will have developed into the position of Sales/Support - Associate!

What we are looking for

To be a successful applicant, you will need to demonstrate you have:

• A degree level or equivalent within Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field. 

• Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Sales or Marketing 

• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)

• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation

• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
