Foundation Academies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Advancement Associate to support the systems and operations that power the Advancement Office. This role will manage fundraising data and research, support donor stewardship and FOFA Board operations, and help maintain the financial and organizational systems that keep the department running efficiently. What will you be doing?
- Manage and maintain the Advancement CRM, donor records, and fundraising data.
- Conduct prospect research and support fundraising pipeline management.
- Prepare prospect profiles, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate timely donor acknowledgments, pledge tracking, and stewardship records.
- Support FOFA Board meetings, governance records, agendas, and documentation.
- Coordinate invoices, reimbursements, deposits, and other financial records with Finance.
- Maintain Advancement’s Google Drive, filing systems, SOPs, and organizational resources.
- Support scheduling, calendars, events, inventory, and other Advancement projects.
What do we require from you?
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in advancement operations, nonprofit administration, development services, executive support, or a related field.
- Experience with donor CRM systems such as Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, Bloomerang, or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting nonprofit boards or governance processes preferred.
- Basic knowledge of finance and budgeting.
