The Opportunity:

As an Administrative Associate, you will be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our office. This is a role for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, communicates with ease, and genuinely enjoys being the person people can count on.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and visitors and ensure a professional, welcoming experience

• Answer and route incoming calls with accuracy and professionalism

• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

• Manage day-to-day office tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

What We're Looking For

• A Level 1 General Insurance License is considered an asset

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and a proactive, self-directed working style

• Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment

• Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems
