The Administrative Assistant supports the Revenue Cycle team by processing billing-related activities, handling incoming correspondence, and ensuring accurate and timely claims processing. This role works closely with internal partners and plays a key role in maintaining quality standards and supporting Home Infusion and Nursing billing operations.

What you’ll do to make a difference:

• Understand and support third-party billing processes.
• Triage incoming correspondence and process claims received via mail or fax.
• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of billing activities.
• Meet established quality assurance benchmarks and productivity standards.
• Process Home Infusion and Nursing claims.
• Identify billing trends and communicate with business partners on a regular basis.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

What you need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Experience with HCN 360 and/or CPR+ preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
