What you will be doing:

You will be a member of the European Ship-To-Collect Team, supporting the European organization and our largest customers in all matters related with cash application, invoice disputes and collections.

Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve.

For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.

What do you bring with you:

• Background in Finance is advantageous;

• Experience with Excel (Mandatory);

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business environment setting. Other desired languages are German, French, Italian, Spanish (B2 Level);

• Ability to pay close attention to detail;

• High degree of customer orientation;

• Good Problem solving and analytical skills;

• Keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone and propose suggestions for improvement;

Eligibility Criteria

This opportunity is intended for candidates who are registered as unemployed with IEFP and who meet the eligibility requirements of the applicable employment support programme.

Eligible candidates may include:

• Young people aged 18–30 with a recognised qualification (Level 3 or above of the Portuguese National Qualifications Framework).

• Unemployed individuals aged over 30 who meet the programme's qualification and unemployment duration requirements.

• Other priority groups as defined by the Portuguese employment authorities.
