035113 Accounts Payable Specialist (Open)Job Description:
Main Responsibilities
- Monitors the execution of the entire AP process, which includes invoice processing, issue resolution and supplier query handling and completes payments including bank accounting
- Be the first point of contact and support in escalations;
- Collaborating with other divisions and external supplier company personnel;
- Proactively supports month end, year-end closing with AP activities on time;
- Preparation of SOPs for AP processes
- Investigates, proposes and executes the implementation of further AP process improvements;
- Delivers relevant information for proper execution of the process by the external supplier company
Expertise And Experience
- Working knowledge and proven experience in Accounts Payable;
- Fluent communication in English;
- Bachelor degree is required;
- Effective at dealing with people at all levels, great interpersonal skills;
- Pragmatic & logical thinker with an eye for detail and an analytical mind.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is Ft6,562,100.00 - Ft9,843,200.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between7,920,000.00 to8,400,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.Benefits Statement:
